Finance and Accounting Entry level position

·        업무내용

̶        재무회계팀 매니저 업무 보조

̶        일별 자금 집행 사항 처리( 환불, 취소, 송금, Billing )

̶        일별 거래내역 입력 및 월별 거래내역 확인

̶        월별 실적 집계및 통계 데이터 생성 보조

̶        A/P검증

̶        카드결제DB 모니터링업무

·        경력기간

̶        경력무관 (관련 경력 우대)

·        학력

̶        대졸이상 (경영학전공 우대)

  1. QuickBooks 사용 가능자

·        하루 7시간 근무

3.   소화물 검사 (Carson Warehouse)

Shipping Coordinator Part time position

·        소화물 검사 (Package 검사 및 포장)

·        경험 없어도 상관없음 (합법적으로 일하실수 있는 분)

·        하루 4-6시간 (오전 or 오후)

Located in Downtown Los Angeles, MakeshopNcompany, Inc. is a subsidiary of Koreacenter.com and we are in the process of hiring more employees due to its expansion and business growth. We are currently looking for someone who can grow with our company and also passionate, diligent, and responsible.

Japan Team Part Time Assistant

The ideal candidate for this position is who experienced within Japanese service operations.

Job Duties

• Follow up with Japanese customers
• Handle all inquiries from customers; orders, concerns, and problems etc.
• Communicate with customers regarding purchase and fulfillment of their orders
• Package inspection and packaging
• Process of returns and exchanges

Job Requirements

• Ability to learn new/ multi tasks promptly
• Must be organized/detail oriented
• Having experience working with service operation management is a definite PLUS

Job Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in related fields (Japanese customer service, shipping agency)

·        Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

·        Must be fluent in English and Japanese (Fluent in reading, writing and speaking)

·        Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

·        Ability to manage different situations in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

·        Legal residents only
